Great Windows Mobile phone with keyboard.

I loved this unit so much better than the HTC Touch HD that I had because it had an onscreen keyboard which is too small for my stubby fingers. However I returned it only because I thought that I read that it had Windows Mobile Pro 6.1 but it only had V6.0 Otherwise I would still be using it. I replaced it with an AT&T TILT 2 full screen with slide-out keyboard. It is a gem as well.
This phone is not the best phone

Reviewer: spruggie,
I got this phone in march of 09, by may I had literally broken it to pieces with my bare hands. This phone crashes every few minutes, it is absolutley frustrating, everytime I removed my memory card and plugged it back into this device it would ask me to format the card which was just annoying. I like windows mobile it is a great os but this phone is down right horrible, plus it's really thick. If you collect a bunch of these you can build a really strong house. The built in wifi is terribly weak I could not even walk more than ten feet from my wifi router before losing connection. This phone is amhorrible buy get an htc if you want a good windows mobile phone.
Not pleased

Reviewer: Frank Hummel,
Like someone else here said you get what you pay for. I was not expecting much for $200 but boy am i disappointed. Got two of them for me and my wife in May. The battery on one of them needed to be replaced twice. One on the other one had to replace it once. One of them stopped working and had to be sheipped beck to Pharos for repair. The sound quality is very poor and my wife already dumped hers and went back to her old Motorola Razr.

On the other hand, Pharos tech support is really helpful. The only problem is, for most of the problems their fix is a hard reset which means reinstalling all the apps and rebinding the phone with your desktop.

I feel really bad for the people at Pharos but I would not recommend this product. Maybe I got two lemons.

I used to have a pocket pc and a regular cell phone before and decided to give a smartphone a try. I hope other Win Mobile devices are better than this.
